Your teacher has invited you to use At-Home by Student Lap Tracker.
Read the following instructions to get started.
- Click the “Get Started” button at the bottom of this page.
- Select your teacher / class from the list
- Enter your first and last name
- Click “Sign In”
- You’re ready to go.
- Select the date that you exercised under “When Did You Exercise?”.
- Select the activity that you did from the list under “What Did You Do?”.
- Select how long you exercised under “How Long Did You Exercise?”.
- Click or Tap the “Log Exercise” button.
- That’s it!
You can log exercise as often as you like. Have fun!
See Your Progress
Your total progress is displayed on the home screen of the app so you can see how much you’ve exercised. Access your stats dashboard to see how you’re progressing this week, this month and this school year.
