Grade Summary

A one-page snapshot of your whole program: total laps, distance and participation rolled up by grade. Coordinators run it weekly to see which grades are ahead and which need attention. It is also the report to hand a principal, because the entire school’s activity fits on a single sheet.

Runners Report

Every runner in a class with their laps, distance and progress side by side. Teachers print it for the classroom wall so students can watch their own numbers climb week over week. It is the report schools most often tell us keeps their students running.

Student Dashboard

The individual view a student or parent sees when they log in to their dashboard account: personal laps, distance, times and awards. It gives families a clear view of the program and lets students follow their own progress.

Top Distance

A leaderboard of top runners by grade, gender, class or the whole school. Schools use it for morning announcements, newsletter mentions and friendly class-versus-class competition. Because it can break results out by grade and gender, younger students are not measured against older ones.

Award List

Who earned which award, and when. The awards engine tracks every student against the award levels you define, such as 8, 16 and 40 kilometers. Preparing for an assembly means reading down a list rather than checking totals in a spreadsheet.

Award Certificates

Printable certificates the awards engine produces for every student who reaches an award level, ready for an assembly or a backpack the same day.

Timed Run with Splits & Timed Run Trend: for timed events like the mile run, these reports capture each student’s finish time and per-lap splits, then chart improvement across the year. They are what makes whole-class mile run timing practical, and a common reason middle and high schools choose Student Lap Tracker.

Report Questions

Q: Can reports be customized with our school name and mascot?

A: Yes. Every report carries your school name, your department or activity name, and your mascot image. A report that goes up in the hallway or comes home in a backpack looks like part of your school's own program rather than a piece of outside software.

Q: How current is the data in reports?

A: Reports reflect every scan that has synced to the cloud, so they're typically current within minutes of an activity ending. Once a session syncs from the classroom, its laps appear in every report right away. There is no batch processing and no overnight wait.

Q: Which report works best for awards assemblies?

A: The Award List. It shows which students crossed each award threshold and when, so a coordinator can hand it to whoever runs the assembly and read straight down the list. Paired with printed certificates from the awards engine, preparing for an assembly takes a few minutes.

Q: Can we choose custom date ranges for reports?

A: Yes. Any report can run against cumulative yearly totals or a custom date range, which is how schools report on a single jog-a-thon, a month-long challenge, or a semester of PE without mixing in the rest of the year's data.
